The Rules

Booking: Wedding ceremonies and all additional items ordered must be paid for in full at the time of booking. We accept personal check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, cashier/traveler’s checks, money orders and cash. Please call (386)846-2687 to reserve your date and time.

Cancellation:  If you choose to cancel your wedding after payment has been received you will not be entitled to a refund as we have guaranteed your time and have dedicated ourselves to your wedding.Due to team members involved with options Live cam, Photography and A la carte items will not be entitled to a refund after ordered if you change your mind so plan accordingly. You may however, reschedule your Wedding ceremony (not the photography or videography) for another date and time once within one calendar year after reservation has been confirmed. We understand that sometimes difficulties arise and plans must be altered.

Weather related situations: Although we hope to perform your wedding outdoors in the event of any major inclement weather you may opt to have your service performed inside an approved alternative location with ten miles of the original location at no extra charge. Due to the nature of our business “outdoor weddings” options will be discussed further as we work together on your reservation.

Wedding Start Time: Due to the advanced booking of each client as well as the comfort of your guests, we implement a policy that the ceremony must start within 15 minutes of original scheduled time. Anything beyond will be assessed a late start fee of $50. If the wedding has not began within 30 minutes it may be canceled without a refund at the discretion of the Officiant.

It is not necessary to have the officiant present for rehearsals as we review everything via telephone conference. If you wish to book for rehearsal it will be $125 prepaid 120 days in advance schedules permitting.

Liability: The couple assume full liability for any property damage caused by themselves or guests at anytime before, during, and after the ceremony and agree to promptly reimburse for any such damage. It is the responsibility of the Bride and Groom to secure all permits and insurance ahead and if requested to show proof of such along with their marriage license and ID prior to the start of the ceremony. Beach Weddings R US accepts no responsibility for fines associated with the couple not having the proper permits or insurance in place, there will be no exceptions.

You will receive  and sign a copy of these rules upon booking as a confirmation of your understanding of your rights and responsibilities.
