Did you know that in Florida there are no waiting requirements for out of state tourists to obtain their marriage license? That’s right drive, cruise or fly in today and be married by sunset on the beach!!! Did you also know if you are visiting you can apply online ahead and cut down your appointment time at the clerks office!!! The Cost for filing for a marriage license with the County of Monroe is just under $100. Once you file for the license you can be married anywhere in the State of Florida. This fee is separate from all the packages and both the bride and the groom are required to go in person to file with one form of identification. If you are a resident of Florida there is a 3 day waiting period from the date of filing until I can perform your wedding.
